I made a new fursuit!

xDDD Wow, so..

I woke up this morning with a note on my laptop written by with the link to Dinner is Served and this little note: "area above comments, below description..commence urination of self."

so i was naturally confused and when i went to dA I had 80+ messages and was all "lmfao no way"

So, after much frustration and being torn between many great entries, I have, with help from a few friends ;3, come up with the placements!

First Place:

*Night-eco!! With

I chose Night-Eco's piece, "Confrontation", for first place because it was very well thought out. She interpreted the demicat's species very well, from their high aggression to their anatomy and didn't forget a single detail. She might have done it for image purposes, but I find her making the second demicat wingless a very nice touch. Even if that was done because the wings would hide Iktky from view, I find that it gives the viewer an idea of variation in the demicat species. I really like the placement of the characters as well, many of the entries had the character in the center of the image, this one has them very nicely placed in two corners of the image, giving some sense of balance to the piece. I also can tell that the piece took quite a long time to do.

Second Place:

~duskyra!! With

I chose Duskyra's piece, "Midnight Havoc", for second place because of it's simplicity. I love simple designs when it comes to art, they add a nice touch. I also love how big she made Iktky appear compared to the lamp post. The darkness of the piece really suits the character's behaviour as well.

Third Place:

~7734-01!! With

I chose this free man's piece, since apparently they are not a number , for third place because of the creativity put into it. They added emotion to an emotionless face, and bone without muscle cannot have emotion. They created a world to put Icarus in, and a world for which she could yearn. They didn't just create an image, but a story.
